lazy chocolate chip peanut butter protein packed muffins

These are my go to for breakfast at least once a week on early school mornings for my boys! Hope y’all like them as much as we do!

Ingredients:

1- 7.4 oz Martha White chocolate chip muffin mix

1- cup Kodiak power cakes pancake/waffle mix

1 cup milk

1 egg

1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter

  1. Preheat oven to 400* and lightly spray muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray or line with paper baking cups.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and let sit for 5-10 minutes, then poor into muffin cups. Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full; they will rise when baking.
  3. Bake at 400* for 14-16 minutes. Poke with a toothpick if needed to ensure they are cooked thoroughly.
  4. let muffins cool 2-3 minutes in pan, then ENJOY!
